Requirements / 応募要件

• Native Japanese speaker with a high level of proficiency in spoken and written Japanese. / ネイティブ日本語スピーカーで、口頭および文書での日本語の高い能力を持っていること。
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. / 異なる文化的背景を持つ生徒と効果的にコミュニケーションを図るための強力なコミュニケーションスキルと人間関係構築能力。
• Teaching experience or a passion for teaching. Previous experience in language instruction is a plus. / 教える経験または教えることに対する情熱。言語教育の経験がある場合は尚可。
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in teaching Japanese as a foreign language are desirable. / 日本語を外国語として教えるための関連する資格や認定があると望ましいです。
